Program Delivery

Velorium provides online educational programs in technology subjects. We strive to deliver high-quality instruction but make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, skill acquisition rates, or career advancement. Success depends on individual effort, background, and external factors beyond our control.

Content Access

Enrolled participants receive access to program materials for the duration specified in their enrollment agreement. Access may be extended or modified at our discretion. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue content as needed to maintain educational relevance.

Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for maintaining internet connectivity and compatible devices necessary to access programs. We are not liable for technical issues on the participant's end that prevent service access.

Fees and Payment

Program fees are specified during enrollment and must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Payment plans may be available for eligible participants. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific program and timing of withdrawal. Refund policies are provided at enrollment and may vary by program. Generally, refunds are available within a specified period after program commencement, with amounts prorated based on materials accessed.

Late Payment

Failure to pay fees on schedule may result in suspension of access to program materials until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge reasonable late fees and interest on overdue amounts.

Our Content

All content provided through our services, including text, graphics, logos, videos, code examples, and curriculum materials, is owned by or licensed to Velorium. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Enrolled participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials solely for personal educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
• Create derivative works from our materials
• Share account credentials or access with others
• Use content for commercial purposes

Participant Content

You retain ownership of project work and portfolio pieces you create during programs. By submitting work for evaluation, you grant us a license to review, provide feedback, and use anonymized excerpts for educational improvement purposes.

Service Provided "As Is"

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific requirements. While we strive for excellence, we cannot ensure particular learning outcomes or career results.

No Employment Guarantees

Velorium provides educational services only. We make no representations regarding employment, advancement, or income potential. Career outcomes depend on numerous factors including market conditions, individual effort, prior experience, and circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velorium's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the participant for the specific program giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or opportunities.

By Participant

You may terminate your participation by providing written notice. Refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable refund policy for your program.

By Velorium

We may suspend or terminate access to services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct violating these terms, non-payment, or any activity we determine harmful to our services, other users, or our reputation. In cases of termination for violation of terms, no refunds will be provided.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to program materials ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Contact us at legal@domain.com to initiate this process.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Toronto, Ontario for any disputes.

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Ontario. Each party bears their own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Velorium regarding use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
